Victim Witness Program

The St. Paul City Attorney’s Office is responsible for the prosecution of gross misdemeanor and misdemeanor crimes committed in the St. Paul city limits. If you have been the victim of a crime in St Paul and would like to speak to a victim witness coordinator, contact 651-266-8740.

Mission

The mission of the Victim Witness Program is to protect the rights of crime victims, assist throughout the criminal justice process, and address individual needs brought on by victimization.

Operating within the Criminal Division, the Victim Witness Program has specially trained advocates who assist victims throughout the criminal justice process.

The courthouse is located at 15 West Kellogg Blvd., Saint Paul, MN 55102. Please contact the Victim Witness Coordinator at 651-266-8740 to find out which court room you will be in.
