Description
The Capital City Bikeway will be extended along Kellogg Boulevard from West 7th Street to John Ireland Boulevard in 2027. The bikeway will be located on the north/east side of Kellogg Boulevard linking Grand Casino Arena to the Minnesota History Center. The Capital City Bikeway will play a key role in connecting downtown Saint Paul destinations.

Throughout the months of October, November, and December 2025 the project team will be refining the preferred concept. We are doing this using feedback from the community, policy and guidance from the Capital City Bikeway Network Study, and technical engineering constraints.
