Splash pads, also known as spray pads or spray pools, are aquatic play areas with little to no standing water. Saint Paul's outdoor splash pads are available free of charge.

Open daily during summer, June 13-September 7.
Daily: 9am-9pm
Outdoor splash pads are available to use free of charge during the summer at Conway Park, Roy Wilkins Park, Parque Castillo, and Phalen Beach.

As of June 12, Conway Splash Pad is currently closed for maintenace. Please visit one of our other splash pads, pools, or Phalen Beach for water fun!
