After July 31, 2025, the recycling drop-off at Waste Management (309 Como Ave) will close. Saint Paul residents should bring recyclable materials to the Ramsey County Environmental Center at 1700 Kent Street, Roseville. The Environmental Center accepts household recyclables, as well as food scraps, household hazardous waste, electronics, and more. Visit www.ramseycounty.us/environmental-center for drop-off hours and accepted materials.

Look for the large containers to the right of Waste Management’s entrance. Recyclables can be comingled; they do not need to be sorted by material type. Cardboard must be flattened.
