As of July 31, 2025, the recycling drop-off area at Waste Management (309 Como Ave) has closed. Saint Paul residents should bring recyclable materials to the Ramsey County Environmental Center at 1700 Kent Street, Roseville. The Environmental Center accepts household recyclables, as well as food scraps, household hazardous waste, electronics, and more. Visit www.ramseycounty.us/environmental-center for drop-off hours and accepted materials.

Accepted Items & Drop Off Process - Ramsey County Environmental Center

The Ramsey County Environmental Center does not accept cardboard or other recycling from businesses. Businesses seeking assistance with setting up recycling at their facility can contact BizRecycling at https://bizrecycling.com to learn about grants and other assistance opportunities.
