About Councilmember Noecker
Rebecca Noecker is a community builder, an advocate for social justice, a wife and mother, and a proud resident of St. Paul’s West Side.
Rebecca grew up in St. Louis Park and earned her bachelor’s degree in Social Studies from Harvard College.
