Project Name: Kyle Garden Square (700 10th Ave S, Minneapolis, MN 55415)

  • The proposed Kyle Garden Square project will convert an existing commercial building into a re-purposed four-story, multifamily rental apartment building with service and community space in the lower level. Exterior work will include repair and/or removal and replacement of the existing brick, roofing, trim, and windows and exterior site improvements will include new metal fencing and gates, site furnishings, and plantings.
  • Bid opening/deadline date: 11/29 at 10am
  • Walkthrough opportunities will be available 11/14 at 7:30am and 11/20 at 10am
