The HREEO Commission serves the HREEO Department and Director per Chapter 183.19. The HREEOC:
- Advises the Director on policies of the Department.
- Reviews the performance of the Department.
- Conduct studies, hearings, investigations, as needed.
- Serves as the Fair Housing Council on discrimination cases that fail to conciliate. See adopted administrative hearing procedures pursuant to Section 183.24 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code.

Member Requirements
Size: 21 members
Residency: A majority of the members must be Saint Paul residents
Term: Three years
Term Limit: Three terms
