The Saint Paul Fire Department is currently accepting applications for Emergency Medical technicians

Interested in helping others and being part of a team that serves our community?  The Saint Paul Fire Department is hiring Emergency Medical Technicians for its 9-1-1 Basic Life Support (BLS) division.


  • Must be at least eighteen years of age
  • Must possess and maintain a current State of Minnesota and National Registry Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) or paramedic certification.
  • Must possess and maintain a valid Minnesota Class D Driver's License, or equivalent out-of-state driver's license.
