Board Overview
The utility is governed by the Board of Water Commissioners. The Board consists of:
- Three members of the Saint Paul City Council
- Two Saint Paul citizens
- Two members of the remaining suburbs served by Saint Paul Regional Water Services
Regular Meetings
The Board of Water Commissioners typically meets the second Tuesday of the month.
The December meeting has been cancelled.
The next Board of Water Commissioners meeting will be in person at 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 13, 2026.
This meeting will be held in City Hall Room 41 (15 W Kellogg Blvd, St Paul, MN 55102).
