Board Overview
The utility is governed by the Board of Water Commissioners. The Board consists of:
- Three members of the Saint Paul City Council
- Two Saint Paul citizens
- Two members of the remaining suburbs served by Saint Paul Regional Water Services
Regular Meetings
The Board of Water Commissioners typically meets the second Tuesday of the month. The next Board of Water Commissioners meeting will be in person at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 9, 2025.
There will be a public hearing on the 2026 budget and rates at 5 p.m.
Following the public hearing, the Board will meet and vote on whether to recommend the proposed water rates and budget to the Saint Paul City Council, which will establish the water rates and budget by resolution following additional public hearings as part of the 2026 budget actions.
This meeting will be held in City Hall Room 330 (15 W Kellogg Blvd, St Paul, MN 55102).
