Description
SPRWS is committed to maintaining a reliable and efficient water system for our community. Each year we replace several miles of aging water mains that have reached the end of their service life and are prone to frequent breaks.
The scope of this project includes:
- Replacement of approximately 550 feet of the old cast iron water main.
- Installation or replacement of valves and hydrants to enhance water flow and accessibility for emergency services.
- Repair and restoration of affected street pavement, curbs, and sidewalks to ensure public safety and accessibility.

Timeline
- July 30 Update: Project has been postponed until 2028/2029. Project anticipated to begin after planned Robert St construction slated to occur 2027/2028.
