Project Details
The McKnight standpipe on McKnight Road is being repaired and repainted to prolong the life of the tank and improve water quality.
Work may include:
- Torch cutting and grinding of the surface
- Reconditioning the interior
- Replacing safety and access equipment
- Interior sandblasting
- Exterior power washing
- Repainting
- Placement of a new logo
Work Schedule
Work is expected to begin the week of June 22 and be completed in September.
The contractor’s work hours are Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., with some Saturday and Sunday work to be scheduled as needed.
