Police Civilian Internal Affairs Review Commission Meetings

Police Civilian Internal Affairs Review Commission (PCIARC) meetings are held the first Wednesday of the month at 6:00 p.m. 

A portion of each PCIARC meeting is open to the public and a portion of the commission meeting is not open to the public. A sign will be displayed outside PCIARC meetings indicating when the meeting is closed.

Several documents govern the work of the Police Civilian Internal Affairs Review Commission, including Bylaws and Special Rules of Order. The Bylaws were adopted on November 1, 2017 and will be reviewed annually for needed updates or revisions.

As per the Bylaws, the Commission elects a Chair and Vice Chair from the seated Commissioners, who have a number of responsibilities. Those are detailed in the Chair/Vice Chair document below.
