The Saint Paul Police Activities League (P.A.L.) utilizes educational, athletic and recreational activities to create trust and understanding between police officers and youth. It is based on the idea that young people can develop strong positive attitudes towards police officers in their journey through life toward the goal of maturity and good citizenship. PAL gives kids a safe place to play, positive role models, and creative activities to engage in—all for FREE

P.A.L. connects city youth with activities all over the city. Some of the fun activities kids get to experience:

Bi-weekly trips along local trails, plus bike safety rodeos.

Sandlot Baseball

Summer skills camps featuring pro baseball players.

Cops and Bobbers

Fishing trips with naturalist and professional anglers.

Ice-skating and hockey lessons with university players.

Downhill Skiing

Lessons with local pros.

Field Trips

Outings to local attractions and games with peace officers.  Some example of the activities hosted in the past include Nerf wars, Harding Fitness club, Horseback riding, Laser tag, Snow tubing, Science Museum of Minnesota, Swimming, Bowling, Saints Games, Timberwolves Games, Gopher Volleyball, Gopher Soccer, Twins Games.
