The Saint Paul Police Department’s Predatory Offender Registration Unit discloses information regarding offenders assigned to risk level II in compliance Minnesota Statute 244.052. Notifications are made in an electronic format to agencies and groups that may include public and private educational institutions, day care establishments, and establishments and organizations that primarily serve individuals likely to be victimized by the offender.
To request that applicable notifications be sent to your agency or group, please submit this completed application (one per organization or group), including the access code that was mailed recently to you.
A confirmation email will be sent to the agencies and groups that are eligible to receive notifications, as defined in Minnesota Statute 244.052. Offender notifications will be sent electronically as a password protected attachment to the email address provided in your submitted application. The password to open the attachment will be included in your confirmation email.
