The Zoning Committee’s regularly scheduled meeting for March 26, 2020 has been postponed. In coordination with public health guidance surrounding the spread of COVID-19 and pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 13D.02, it is currently neither practical nor prudent to hold in-person meetings of the Zoning Committee. The Committee intends to meet at the City Hall Conference Center, Room 40, 15 Kellogg Boulevard West during the next scheduled meeting of April 9, 2020 and will take up the agenda of its March 26, 2020 meeting at that time. If circumstances require the manner and/or location of this meeting to change, notice will be provided as required by law.
Our regularly scheduled meeting of the Zoning Committee is cancelled due to no new applications to consider. The Committee will instead use the time to discuss a revised staff proposal for reviewing zoning applications for equity considerations and Comprehensive Plan consistency. The meeting is open to the public; however it is not a public hearing where testimony will be taken.
