IL3CP concentration on curfew and community

In the summer of 2012, the Saint Paul Police Department worked with the community to increase public safety and community safety perceptions by focusing on curfew violators through a program known as IL3CP (Intelligence-Led Community Policing, Community Prosecution, Community Partnership). The department worked closely with the Ramsey County Attorney's Office to find diversionary opportunities where available, while still holding repeat offenders accountable.
