For the redevelopment of the Ford site by Ryan Companies, the City of Saint Paul is posting substantially complete drafts of the Redevelopment Agreement documents that will be reviewed and considered for approval by the Saint Paul City Council and the Board of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Saint Paul (HRA), intended to be presented to the Council and the Board at their Wednesday, December 4, 2019 meetings. This post includes an Executive Summary of the Redevelopment Agreement, summarizing the roles and responsibilities of Project Paul, LLC (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ryan Companies), the City of Saint Paul, and the HRA and describing the financing and construction of the public infrastructure which is required for the future private development of the Ford site as envisioned in the Ford Site Zoning and Public Realm Master Plan (the “Master Plan”).
