Overview
Rondo Community Land Trust (RCLT) is using their corridor grant to implement a series of corridor-wide activities all designed to foster cultural celebration, support economic, development, and promote small business engagement. The commercial corridor investments will build on RCLT’s role in supporting Black-owned businesses and community-centered placemaking.
RCLT is using corridor funds to support several events, including: Small Business Saturday at the Rondo Exchange, Selby Jazz Fest support, and photos with Santa on Selby. Additionally, RCLT will launch a microgrant program to support Selby Ave businesses and contract with photographers and videographers to document corridor vibrancy and outcomes.
