This page provides an inventory of property owned by the Saint Paul Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA), the City's real estate development agency. All HRA property sales are subject to the HRA disposition policy.

Current development opportunities

  • The Metropolitan Council and the City of Saint Paul Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA) gauged private sector interest in the redevelopment of the Central Station Block in downtown Saint Paul through a Request for Letters of Interest in early 2024. Interested parties were asked to submit a Letter of Interest (LOI) by 5 p.m. on Thursday, January 11, 2024. The Request for Proposals (RFP) is anticipated to be released in spring 2024. To be notified when the RFP is available, subscribe to our email notification list.
