Overview
East Side Neighborhood Development Company (ESNDC) will dedicate a majority of their 2025 C-COAP funds towards the planning and execution of the Uniquely Eastside Festival – bringing it back in the Fall of 2026! In addition, they will devote C-COAP funds towards streetscape improvements and beautification along Payne Avenue, through the removal of graffiti and installation of hanging flower planters.
