For those who are not wanting to venture out quite yet, we are offering Fitness in the Parks training virtually! Follow along with these workouts from your yard or a park nearest you on your own. Before you leave your home, carefully read through our Parks & Recreation COVID-19 Information page for the most up-to-date guidelines and information. Watch our latest video below. We'll add more videos to our YouTube playlist as they are released.
Fitness in the Parks Background
Fitness in the Parks began as a free outdoor exercise program in 2014 that brings a variety of fitness activities to many of Saint Paul’s beautiful parks. There is no registration required and classes are open to all fitness levels. All ages welcome and no experience is necessary. Follow us on Twitter and Facebook for updates and cancellations.
NOTE: We continue to closely monitor the COVID-19 situation and adapt to changes in public health guidance. At this time, we are reviewing the Governor's latest executive orders as we continue to make short and long term program plans. We will update this page with more information as it becomes available. If you are a local instructor with an interest in offering free fitness classes in Saint Paul, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
