Fitness in the Parks
Fitness in the Parks is a free outdoor exercise program that brings a variety of fitness activities to many of Saint Paul’s beautiful parks. Getting started is easy. Just pick a class you like and show up! There is no registration required and classes are open to all fitness levels. All ages welcome and no experience is necessary. June 22nd: Indian Mounds Park - Yoga w/ Bryan at 6:30 p.m. (also canceled for July 5th at Highland and 6th at Mounds). Cherokee Regional Park - Bootcamp at 5:00 and Butts & Guts at 6:00 canceled.
June 24th: bodyART with Resistance Movement Fitness at 10:15 at Summit Hill (Canceled for the day)
July 4th: NO CLASSES - Holiday

Bike Ride w/ Seven Spokes Bike Shop - The next ride has been changed from July 8th to July 15th. Meeting place is still the same, 1044 Cleveland Ave. S. at 9:00 a.m.
30 & 30 Tabata Bootcamp & Yoga Basics - Noon at Raspberry Island - No longer being offered
Yoga - 5:45 p.m. at Raspberry Island will be offered every Thursday with the exception of: 6/22, 6/29, 7/20, 8/10, 8/31, 9/7
Interval Training - 8:00 a.m. at Raspberry Island will only be offered on: 6/10, 6/17, 7/15, 7/22, 8/19, 8/26, 9/2, 9/16, 9/30
