Fitness in the Parks

Fitness in the Parks is a free outdoor exercise program that brings a variety of fitness activities to many of Saint Paul’s beautiful parks. Getting started is easy. Just pick a class you like and show up! There is no registration required and classes are open to all fitness levels. All ages welcome and no experience is necessary. Class Cancelations

August 18th: Rain reported for most of the day, classes will be canceled if it rains at a location within 30 minutes of class time or if the instructor deems the site too wet to conduct class.

Power Yoga Lite w/ Lisa of OM Yoga @ 6:00 p.m.: Moving indoors due to rain - Will not take place at Summit Overlook today

Bootcamp and Butts & Guts w/ Alyssa at Cherokee Park has ended for the season

Kemetic Yoga (new) -at Frogtown Park and Farm w/ Floyd Williams @ 9:00 a.m. on Saturday's starting 8/5 - 9/30

Bootcamp & Power Yoga (new) at Kellogg Park w/ Fit Body Bootcamp on 8/26/17 at 9:00 a.m.

Tai Chi w/ Marlene Vernon no longer being offered (as of 7/25)

bodyART w/ The Resistance Movement - Moved from 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday's at Mears Park to 5:30 p.m. in studio at 205 E. 7th St. 

bodyART w/ The Resistance Movement - Saturday's at Summit Overlook Park at 10:00 a.m

Boxing Fusion at Summit Overlook @ Noon on Tuesday's - no longer being offered 

Total Body Conditioning II at Boyd Park @ 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday's - no longer being offered

Fitness Yoga w/Jermaine - Now being held every Friday at 7:00 a.m. at Summit Overlook Park. 

Capture the Flag (kids) - Capture the Flag, kids edition at Harriet Island at 10:00 a.m., will only take place on 7/15, 7/22, 8/19, 8/26, 9/2, 9/16, 9/30

Zumba - 9:00 a.m. at Harriet Island has ended. The class will not be offered the rest of the Summer. 

Sunrise Yoga - 7:30 a.m. Sunrise Yoga at Raspberry Island will only take place on 7/18, 7/25, and 8/1  

Yoga - Noon on Harriet Island will only take place on 7/12 & 7/26

30 & 30 Tabata Bootcamp & Yoga Basics - Noon at Raspberry Island - No longer being offered

Yoga - 5:45 p.m. at Raspberry Island will be offered every Thursday with the exception of: 6/22, 6/29, 7/20, 7/27, 8/10, 8/31, 9/7  

Interval Training - 8:00 a.m. at Raspberry Island will only be offered on: 6/10, 6/17, 7/15, 7/22, 8/19, 8/26, 9/2, 9/16, 9/30
