Fitness in the Parks

Fitness in the Parks is a free outdoor exercise program that brings a variety of fitness activities to many of Saint Paul’s beautiful parks. Getting started is easy. Just pick a class you like and show up! There is no registration required and classes are open to all fitness levels. All ages welcome and no experience is necessary. Class Cancellations

July 21st: Yoga w/ Jermaine at Summit Overlook at 7:00 a.m. - Cancelled 

WEATHER: WIth questionable weather predicted all day, please be aware that classes will be assumed canceled if it is raining within 30 min of a class time or if the surfaces are deemed too wet to be safe.

Schedule Changes and Additions

Hatha Yoga - at Langford Park will not be held on Tuesday, August 8th at 6:30 p.m.

bodyART w/ The Resistance Movement - Saturday's at Summit Overlook Park at 10:00 a.m

Boxing Fusion at Summit Overlook @ Noon on Tuesday's - no longer being offered 

Fitness Yoga w/Jermaine - Now being held every Friday at 7:00 a.m. at Summit Overlook Park. 

PiYO Live at Phalen with Gina Carlson - Not being held in July. Will be back in August.

Capture the Flag (kids) - Capture the Flag, kids edition at Harriet Island at 10:00 a.m., will only take place on 7/15, 7/22, 8/19, 8/26, 9/2, 9/16, 9/30

Zumba - 9:00 a.m. at Harriet Island has ended. The class will not be offered the rest of the Summer. 

Bootcamp and Butts & Guts w/ Alyssa at Cherokee Park - Beginning July 11th, the 5:00 p.m. Bootcamp will be moved to 5:15 p.m. and the 6:00 p.m. Butts & Guts will be moved to 6:15 p.m. every Tuesday and Thursday        

Sunrise Yoga - 7:30 a.m. Sunrise Yoga at Raspberry Island will only take place on 7/18, 7/25, and 8/1  

Yoga - Noon on Harriet Island will only take place on 7/12 & 7/26

30 & 30 Tabata Bootcamp & Yoga Basics - Noon at Raspberry Island - No longer being offered

Yoga - 5:45 p.m. at Raspberry Island will be offered every Thursday with the exception of: 6/22, 6/29, 7/20, 7/27, 8/10, 8/31, 9/7  

Interval Training - 8:00 a.m. at Raspberry Island will only be offered on: 6/10, 6/17, 7/15, 7/22, 8/19, 8/26, 9/2, 9/16, 9/30
