Fitness in the Parks
Join Royal Nutrition on Thursdays from May 3- 31 at 5:30pm for a free Zumba class at the Harriet Island Target Stage. This is a warm up to the Fitness in the Parks program to get back into the swing of exercising outdoors. Fitness in the Parks will officially begin June 4 and run through August 31. Look for the schedule soon.
About Fitness in the Parks
Fitness in the Parks is a free outdoor exercise program that brings a variety of fitness activities to many of Saint Paul’s beautiful parks. Getting started is easy. Just pick a class you like and show up! There is no registration required and classes are open to all fitness levels. All ages welcome and no experience is necessary.
