About Fall Football Registration
Registration for youth Flag Football runs June 1-30. Register online or over the phone by calling any recreation center. We are not currently offering Tackle Football.
Flag Football offered for FREE for ages 9 and up!
Eliminating these fees allows Saint Paul youth to have access to quality programming, encourages healthy and active lifestyles, builds confidence, and creates community. (Please note that fees apply for other ages but you can save by utilizing the Early Bird Discount and registering in the first 5 days of the month.)

- June 1 = 25% off
- June 2 = 20% off
- June 3-5 = 10% off
Participants may register on the sports team which aligns with their gender identity. Participants who do not identify as male or female may register on the sports team of their choice.
Age Guidelines
The date used to determine the league in which any youth can play in is November 14 of the current year. For example, to play in 10U, a player must be 10 years or younger on or before November 14.
