A Wrecking Business Trade License allows the holder to engage in the business of, or do any work on, wrecking or demolishing any building or structure in Saint Paul.

Apply for a Wrecking of Buildings License in PAULIE
Your business trade license application will need the following required document(s):
- A completed and notarized $10,000 Surety Bond from a licensed State of Minnesota agency
- Please use the above City of St Paul bond form. Other bond forms will not be accepted.
- A Certificate of Insurance with a combined single limit of liability for bodily injury and property damage of $500,000; or $500,000 bodily injury and $200,000 property damage and thirty (30) day notice of cancellation
- Our department must be listed as a certificate holder as follows: City of Saint Paul, DSI, 375 Jackson Street, Suite 220, Saint Paul MN 55101.
- Proof of Worker's Compensation Form
Fees: The annual fee for a wrecking license is $65.00.
Expiration/Renewal: All trade licenses expire on December 1 and may be renewed annually.
