Application Requirements
You must submit an application that includes the following:
- Plumbing, Gas Fitting, & Inside Water Piping Permit Application in PAULIE
- A set of plans:
- Showing all required setbacks with measurements
- Showing an alternate treatment site
- Required soil borings and percolation tests for each treatment site
- Required fee

Please verify this requirement with the Senior Plumbing Inspector at 651-266-9052 before starting work.

- State surcharge, if installing no fixtures - $1.00
