"Private parking garage" means any parking garage which is exclusively used by or leased to occupants of a residence or business on the same or other premises for use only in connection with and as an accessory to the occupancy of such residence or business, and where the owner or person storing or parking such vehicle is not charged a fee. You must submit an application that includes the following:
- Class N License District Council Form
- Class N License Application
- Lease / rental agreement or proof of ownership
- Required fee
Your application will be reviewed by DSI Licensing, Zoning and Fire Inspection staff. This review may include on-site inspections(s) to verify compliance with applicable regulations. You will be informed of any required inspections including the name and telephone number of the inspector after submitting a completed license application. The location must comply with all applicable regulations and/or license conditions before any license may be issued.

A Parking Garage (Private) license will expire one year from the date it is issued may be renewed annually.
