Overview
Businesses that barter or sell any cut evergreen, fir, spruce, or similar tree for what is generally known and described as a Christmas tree must be licensed. This does not include ornamental trees less than 36 inches tall that are fireproofed and sprayed with coloring and sold by licensed florists. Expiration/Renewal
A Christmas Tree Sales License is valid from November 1 to January 9 of the following year.
