Application Requirements
All homeowner permit applications must be made in person at our office. You must submit an application that includes the following:
- Plumbing, Gas Fitting, & Inside Water Piping Permit
- Required fee
If you are adding to an existing permit, fill out the form as if you were applying for a new permit but only indicate the additional work being installed and indicate the original permit number in the comments area.
