Overview

This license is for the cleaning of outside windows located above the first floor through the use of ladders, scaffolding lifts, or any other similar device. This license shall not apply to any person, firm or corporation when such person, firm or corporation is engaged in the business of window cleaning on one or two-family dwellings. Application Requirements

You must submit the following:

  • DSI Class R Application
  • A Certificate of Insurance with $25,000 / $100,000 personal injury or accidental death
  • Required fee

This license requires inspection approval from Licensing (Phone: 651-266-8989).

Expiration/Renewal

A Window Cleaning License expires one year from the date of issue and may be renewed annually.
