Overview

The license holder of premises having an on-sale liquor license may, once a year, during the Holiday season (November through January), have a private party at no charge to the guests after the lawful closing hours; provided, that written request for said party is submitted to the inspector 30 days prior to the proposed date of the party; and provided further, that no sales of intoxicating liquors or non-intoxicating malt liquor should be made during said party.
