Wrecking Business Trade License

A Wrecking License allows the holder to engage in the business of, or do any work on, wrecking or demolishing any building or structure in Saint Paul.

Code Requirements: See Chapter 368 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code for information about building trade business licenses.

Apply for a Wrecking of Buildings License in PAULIE

Your business trade license application will need the following required document(s):

• A completed and notarized $10,000 Surety Bond from a licensed State of Minnesota agency

  • Please use the above City of St Paul bond form. Other bond forms will not be accepted.

• Proof of Worker's Compensation Form

Fees: The annual fee for a wrecking license is $65.00.

Expiration/Renewal: All trade licenses expire on December 1 and may be renewed annually.
