Student Housing Map

The City of Saint Paul is aware that the student housing map currently available on the City’s website contains outdated information.

The map was created using information from the City’s previous permitting and records system. The City has since transitioned to a new system, and the student housing information displayed on the map has not yet been fully updated to reflect current records.

As a result, the information shown on the map may not accurately reflect the current status of a property. In particular, a property shown on the map may no longer be registered as a student dwelling, or the number of dwelling units identified on the map may not reflect the property’s current registration.

The map may still provide a general indication of locations where student housing has been identified; however, it should not be relied upon to determine whether a property is currently registered as student housing or to verify the current status or number of registered student dwelling units.

The City is working to integrate this map with the City's new system, PAULIE. Until that process is completed, users should be aware that the map may contain inaccuracies.
