A Plastering Business Trade License allows the holder to engage in the business of construction, alteration, repair, installation or servicing of any building, structure or accessory thereof, involving plastering, lathing or spray-on fireproofing in Saint Paul.

Apply for a Plastering/Stucco License in PAULIE
Your business trade license application will need the following required document(s):
- A Certificate of Insurance with a combined single limit of liability for bodily injury and property damage of $500,000; or $500,000 bodily injury and $200,000 property damage and thirty (30) day notice of cancellation
- Our department must be listed as a certificate holder as follows: City of Saint Paul, DSI, 375 Jackson Street, Suite 220, Saint Paul MN 55101.
- Proof of Worker's Compensation
Fees: The annual fee for trade licenses is $188.00 each.
Expiration/Renewal: All Trade Licenses expire on December 1 and may be renewed annually.
