Overview

Broadcasting vehicle means and includes any vehicle, motor drawn or otherwise, which has attached thereto or has thereon any device for amplifying and broadcasting through one (1) or more loudspeakers speech or music, whether produced from records or radio reception or vocally through a microphone and which projects sound from such vehicle with a total speaker volume of more than one (1) watt. Application Requirements

Apply online at PAULIE*

  • Information needed for your online application:
    • Proof of current Secretary of State registration and Assumed Name Filing
    • Business Purchase Agreement (Only for Change of Ownership applications)
    • Property Lease / rental agreement or proof of ownership
    • Proof of Insurance
      • Each licensed vehicle must have one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000.00) for liability imposed by law on account of bodily injuries to or death of any person or persons, other than persons covered by the workers' compensation act
      • Twenty thousand dollars ($20,000.00) against liability imposed by law on account of damage to or destruction of property by reason of the ownership or operation of any such broadcasting vehicle.
