Submit Your Application in PAULIE

Overview

This license is for any business operating a pool and billiard hall for public use. It includes the first coin-operated table; each additional table will require licensing. Liquor establishments are exempt from this license. However, each coin-operated table will require a Mechanical Amusement Device License. Application Requirements

You must submit the following:

  • Lease / rental agreement or proof of ownership
  • List of types of machines and number of each
  • Required fee

Inspections

Your application will be administratively reviewed by DSI Licensing, Zoning and Fire Inspection staff. This review may include on-site inspections(s) to verify compliance with applicable regulations. You will be informed of any required inspections including the name and telephone number of the inspector after the submission of a completed license application. The location must be in compliance with all applicable regulations and/or license conditions before any license may be issued.

Expiration/Renewal

A Pool & Billiard Hall License will expire one year from date of issuance and may be renewed annually.
