A Minnesota State Licensed Brewer or Distiller may obtain an on-sale license to sell intoxicating liquor for consumption on the licensed premise and/or an off-sale license to sell liquor in original packages for consumption off or away from the premises where sold. The liquor sold must have been produced on-site at the brewery or distillery. If you have questions, contact a DSI Project Facilitator at 651-266-8989, or email the DSI Message Center.
